Hello friends! So much has happened this past month, and we’re feeling incredibly grateful. It’s been one month since our launch, and we truly can’t thank you enough for all the support, shoutouts, encouragement, and love. Your energy has helped make our first month such a beautiful success.
Our first two events:
108 Sun Salutations on Equinox Day 3/20
We celebrated our very first 108 Sun Salutations on Equinox Day, offering our energy to world peace—round by round, movement after movement, breath after breath. It was powerful, meaningful… and definitely spicy. Some rested when needed, but kept counting and cheering everyone on, keeping the collective energy alive. Thank you to everyone who joined us and shared in such a special experience.
Vine and Vessel Retreat - Rosarito, MX 4/11
We hosted our first Vine & Vessel Weekend Retreat in Mexico—a beautiful reset for the mind, body, and soul. We stayed at Beach Baja Ranch overlooking the Pacific, grounded with gentle yoga, and shared a magical evening with Jocelyn’s live guitar and loving energy. Maria then guided us through a deeply healing and transformative journey. The next morning, tears were shed, hearts were full, and gratitude was overflowing. We celebrated with breakfast at El Nido (best omelette ever ), crossed the border in 25 minutes, and made it home inspired, grateful, and full of love.

What is "Spicy" Yoga?
Spicy Yoga is just Yoga, with a kick! 🌶️ We want to turn up the vibrancy and intensity of your fitness journey, and at the same time leave you with a feeling of mind-body connectedness.
What is a Spicy Yoga 5 Pepper flow?
🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️The Spicy Yoga 5 Pepper flow is where sweat meets soul. Designed to push you out of your comfort zone and into the fire. We tap in mindfully, move with intention, fire up with a good flow and killer core routine, and close it out with an intuitive movement to music (you don't have to think of it like dance, just moving around while standing) and of course never skip Savasana (it's the most important part)
Do you need to be flexible to do Yoga?
No! That is a common misconception, Yoga is great for making you more flexible over time, but it's not expected for you to be awesome the first time you do it!
Do you have retreats or events?
Yes! We have events throughout the year, listed in the Events&Retreats page (in the top menu) Most are around Southern California but sometimes farther out. Be sure to sign up for our Newsletter for news on upcoming events!
Do you use AI?
We don't use AI for any of our imagery or designs.
Where can I find out more information about Yoga?
Great question! There's tons of videos online but our favorite way to practice is by taking an in person class, especially for beginners (even if it can be a bit intimidating) there's plenty of great Yoga studios all around that are just a search away!
